Since 1975 Can. Corp. has been actively involved in all stages of real estate and development with emphasis on land assemblies and rezoning through to development and leasing stages.

We are a privately owned real estate and development firm specializing in acquiring and providing value-added solutions for real estate opportunities in Western Canada and the United States.

Our relationships through a number of financial structures and partnerships including sale leasebacks, loan syndications and joint ventures has allowed us to grow over the years.

Our strong networks within the real estate and financial industry as well as with government agencies throughout Canada allow us to deliver superior value to our clients.

After almost a decade of working closely with our clients, it was evident that there was a need for a lobbyist who understands the unique challenges with obtaining government funding for projects and, which Federal and Provincial government initiatives will maximize funding for the project.

In 1984 Canadian Corporate Consultants Ltd. (CCC for short) was established in Edmonton, Alberta with the assistance and cooperation of both the Canadian Federal and Provincial Governments.

As registered lobbyists, CCC has consultants in three Provinces; British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario and, effectively services many clients in both the private and public sectors across Canada.

Our expert consultants focus on providing assistance to clients in a variety of forms including contributions, no interest / low interest loans and venture capital/equity depending on the type and scope of the respective project.
