The Stony Plain Lands comprise 159.07 acres of prime future residential development lands within the Town of Stony Plain, AB. Home to 17,000 residents, Stony Plain is one of the fastest growing communities in the Capital Region having grown over 50% since 2003 and encompassing a robust trade area of more than 130,000 people. The Lands are located on the south end of town directly adjacent to the Genesis on the Lakes Community consisting of approximately 244 executive and estate style residential lots designed around a fully functioning man-made lake.

Highway Commercial Lands (Salmon Arm BC)
The Salmon Arm site at 3250 9 Ave SW (Trans Canada Hwy) consists of approximately 1.03 Ha (2.55) acres of serviced C-3 Service Commercial zoned land situated inside the west boundary of the City of Salmon Arm. The site has very good exposure from the Tran adjacent to the Country Camping RV business and the Smart Centres / Wal-Mart development which opened in 2013.
The lands have been subdivided from a 5.5 acre parent parcel which included the subject lands together agricultural lands on the back half of the 5.5 acres.
As part of the Trans-Canada Highway widening project, the new 9th Avenue municipal street now provides access to the site off of 30th Street.
The Ministry of Transportation and Highways has installed the municipal services having completed the paving in accordance with the Ministry’s project.
