Current Work
Points North Lands (Balzac AB)
Points North consists of approximately 219 acres of comprehensively zoned commercial / light industrial business park lands located at the corner of the QE 2 Highway and Highway 566 in Balzac, AB.
The lands are located directly north of Ivanhoe Cambridge's Cross Iron Mills development and adjacent to the QE II Highway in the Balzac East area of Rocky View County.
Future Residential Development (Stony Plain AB)
The Stony Plain Lands comprise 159.07 acres of prime future residential development lands within the Town of Stony Plain, AB. Home to 17,000 residents, Stony Plain is one of the fastest growing communities in the Capital Region having grown over 50% since 2003 and encompassing a robust trade area of more than 130,000 people. The Lands are located on the south end of town directly adjacent to the Genesis on the Lakes Community consisting of approximately 244 executive and estate style residential lots designed around a fully functioning man-made lake.

Highway Commercial Lands (Salmon Arm BC)
The Salmon Arm Lands comprise 5.5 acres of vacant land located next to the Country Camping RV Dealership which in turn is adjacent to the SmartCentres Wal-Mart Development on the Trans Canada Highway (aka 10th Avenue SW) in the beautiful community of Salmon Arm, British Columbia. 2.50 acres of the lands are currently zoned commercial and ready for development.
The Federal Government & Provincial Ministry of Highways have committed to $184.7 million in funding to further improve the Trans-Canada Highway through Salmon Arm as part of their Four-laning Project to Alberta. The latest phase was awarded in August 2020 whcih will include a new Salmon River Bridge; construction of an interchange with frontage and side-road connections; construction of frontage roads to consolidate access to and from Highway 1

Beach House at Saratoga (Vancouver Island)
The Beach House at Saratoga is a 30 unit strata beach front development located on 3.1 acres of flat land in the municipality of Black Creek - twenty minutes north of the Comox International Airport. Saratoga Beach is considered by many as the ultimate stretch of shimmering white sand on the sheltered east coast of Vancouver Island. The development has direct access to the fine white sandy beach offering unimpeded views across the Georgia Strait. The tide along this stretch of the shoreline goes out for over a quarter of a mile, creating an oceanfront playground perfect for children. The 30 units ranging in size from approximately 997 square feet to 1,032 square feet. Can. Corp. is involved as part of the General Partnership Group developing the project
Past Work
1.77 Acre Commercial Site (Courtenay BC)
1.77 acre site in the prime retail corridor in the Comox Valley — the regional mid Island hub for Vancouver Island.
The site is located directly across the street from the 148,000 SF Costco which opened in June 2011. In addition to being “blessed” by Costco, Home Depot has been in its location for a number of years with the recent additions of Coast Capital Savings and Tim Hortons. The subject site is also adjacent to an ICBC claim centre with car dealerships on the other sides including Toyota, Nissan, Mazda and Galaxy Motors Dealerships. The site was sold to a third party and presently under development as car dealership
12.28 Acre Retail Centre (Courtenay BC)
Now home to the Thrifty Foods anchored grocery development, the 12.28 acres (534.917 square feet) of commercially zoned lands is located adjacent to the Crown Isle Resort and Golf Community. Strategically located this high exposure corner site is part of the Crown Isle Master Planned Community with frontage/access on two of Courtenay’s busiest arteries (Ryan Road & Lerwick Road) and backs directly on the Crown Isle Resort & Golf Community.
The Summit (View Royal Victoria BC)
98 Suite Luxury Condominium Development on 5.4 acres located in the southeast portion of the Town of View Royal, near the borders of the City of Colwood and the City of Langford. The southern boundary of the subject property is actually the border with the City of Colwood. The subject property is located on the north side of Wilfert Road, and on the east side of the Old Island Highway.
3.19 Multi-family Residential Development (Stony Plain AB)
The subject lands consist of 3.19 acres within the Genesis on the Lakes quarter section directly west of 5th Meridian Road (Highway 779) and south of 79th Avenue (Highway 628).
Genesis on the Lakes is a beautiful 140 acre, architecturally controlled community in the south-west corner of the Town of Stony Plain featuring a seven acre lake, generous green space, two ponds and beautiful treed walking trails.
